e-mri suggests that you upgrade to a recent browser and that you have the latest version of the free Adobe Flash Player installed in order to use the e-mri.org website as it is intended. You may experience problems without the most recent version of the Adobe Flash Player and/or supported web browser. This TechNote covers information about the e-mri.org site requirements.
We make use of features found in Adobe Flash Player version 8 and higher. You cannot use certain sections of our site without this player.
Note: If you do not know which version of the Adobe Flash Player you have, you can test your player at the Adobe Shockwave and Flash Player Test page on adobe.com. Just roll over the "About" button in the Flash Player portion of the page and you should see the version of the Flash Player you have installed. If you are having problems installing the Flash Player, see the Flash Player Support Center on adobe.com.

There are a number of reasons you may experience difficulty with your password. Check the following issues to see if they may apply.
Make sure you are using the appropriate user name and password for the e-mri website
Your e-mri ID is usually your e-mail address. If you have changed e-mail accounts since your last sign in to e-mri, log in using the old e-mail address. (You will be able to change the ID once you are signed in.).
Use the online assistants
If you forgot your e-mri password, click the appropriate link on the Sign In page, or select the following link:
Note: If the password assistant does not recognize your e-mri ID, verify that you spelled it correctly.
Follow the onscreen instructions in the assistant wizard.
Check the keyboard settings
To ensure that your e-mri ID and password are formatted correctly, verify that the Caps Lock key and the Num Lock key are disabled. Passwords are case-sensitive, which means that the e-mri membership signin treats the word Password differently from password. To change keyboard settings, see the documentation that came with the computer or keyboard.
Allow cookies and then sign in
If the browser returns to the Sign In page without an error, the browser has rejected the cookie that e-mri sends to your computer. To accept this cookie, change the privacy, or cookie, settings for your browser or network to accept all cookies. For instructions on enabling cookies for the browser, see the help that's included with the browser or contact your network administrator or Internet Service Provider (ISP) for assistance with enabling cookies across your network.
Disable web anonymization
If you use an anonymizing website or an anonymizing proxy, disable the proxy software, or type www.e-mri.org directly in the address bar before you sign in to the e-mri website.
